Who wouldn’t love one of the beautiful new Mesa candles from PADDYWAX? From the great southwestern inspired pottery to the soothing array of scent blends, they make a perfect gift option.
However, these pretty little vessels have another purpose and will long outlive the candle within them. Once the candles are gone, these pottery pieces are designed to be a stackable cream and sugar set.
I just love multi-purpose products for the home! Not a coffee drinker? These pottery pieces would be great for sauces, condiments, etc.
No need to limit them to a life in the kitchen… How about a little greenery?… I can see them holding pretty little succulents arrangements as well!
One of the easiest ways to breath a little life into a fresh cut flower arrangement that’s starting to fade is a fresh water and a snip of the stems.
Look over the flowers and discard any that are truly past their prime (limp or browning petals, etc). Working with the flowers that have potential, remove them from the vase so you can thoroughly rinse out the vase and add fresh water.
Because you’ll probably working with less flowers/greenery, now is the perfect time to get creative and re-arrange the stems to create a totally new arrangement. Many times, I’ll opt for a trio of smaller vases to create a little floral vignette for a new centerpiece or accent to a tray.
Select the vases or vessels you’ll be working with and clip the stems at an angle to the appropriate high for the vase and style of arrangement you wish to create.
If desired, add fresh greenery (I’ve just mixed in a bit of lilac greenery that I slipped from the yard) and embellish with ribbon if desired.
Quick and easy updates that will prolong the life of your flowers!
What’s more beautiful on a sunny autumn day than colorful fall leaves scattered among hydrangeas? Why not bring that look inside? This beautiful hydrangea pottery can adorn your table from spring to fall by just changing the greenery and flowers.
Paired with rich colored fall foliage and hydrangea stems, the pottery’s terracotta accents just seem to pop. Add burlap linens for a great casual look for entertaining.
Go sleek and stylish at your next tail gate party or outdoor reception with the new Corkcicle Stemless. Elegant and practical, this gorgeous vessel keeps your wine or beverage cold for 9 hours or hot for 3 hours.

When decorating our homes, we always have our sense of sight and touch in mind. We create a room that is visually beautiful, and fill it with a variety of textures in our furnishings, accessories and textiles.
One other important element to considering when designing your home is your home’s scent. A beautiful room layered with the right home fragrance will create a welcoming environment for all who enter. Your home’s fragrance will also leave a lasting impression as our sense of smell has a strong link to our memory.
Scent can also set the mood for a special event. Depending on the scent you choose, it has the power to relax, energize and uplift the mood of family and guests.
When choosing a home fragrance, whether using candles or a fragrance diffuser, natural is best. Choose candles made of soy or beeswax with all-natural cotton wicks.
To find your home’s signature scent, let your home’s style & décor by your guide:
Farmhouse Chic: Typically are homes featuring natural woods, light colors, organic & vinatge accents – look to scents that are herbal & green such as grasses, herbs and woods.
Paddywax Thyme & Olive Leaf is one of our new favorites!
Modern Rustic & Industrial: Think open floor plan, natural architectural elements, stone, wood, modern & eclectic furnishings. Consider woody fragrances with notes of sandalwood, amber, bamboo or balsam.
Transitional/Eclectic: For homes that blend the warmth of traditional design with and the homeowner’s own style – there is lots of room for creativity. Choose from an array scents that are earthy such as scents with herbs, sea salt, eucalyptus, fruits or bordeaux.
Contemporary/Minimalist: For homes with open spaces, clean lines, light colors, simply designed furnishings & minimal décor. Choose clean scents such as citrus, cotton & linen.
French Country/Romantic/Floral: Homes filled with vintage and reclaimed furnishings, floral fabrics and layered décor. Turn to home fragrance with floral and sweet notes of rose, lavender, gardenia and vanilla.
