Recipe of the Week – Chop Chop Mexican Olive Tapenade

One of the most versatile product lines in our store is To Market To Market’s Seasoning and Dip Mixes.  These all-natural dip and seasoning mixes are both sodium free and gluten free.  They are a pantry must for quick and easy home entertaining.

Jack and the Bean Dip Seasoning is great in southwestern dips (both hot and cold) and homemade salsas; or try this week’s feature recipe – a quick and easy Mexican Olive Tapenade.

 Chop Chop Mexican Olive Tapenade


½ – ¾ cup Kalamata Olives

14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes

2-3 Tbls* To Market To Market’s Jack and the Bean Dip Seasoning 

Drain olives. Place olives, diced tomatoes and the Jack and the Bean Dip Seasoning into a food processor. Pulse quickly 3-5 times with the food processor – leaving olives & tomatoes in good sized pieces.  

Place in a beautiful serving bowl and chill before serving. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. 

*For milder flavor, use 2 Tablespoons of seasoning
